As a member of the modeling team, Tom is involved with building models, preparing strategic trade-off scenarios, and executing institutional grant awarding for our clients. Before his arrival at Maguire Associates in 2009, he served as a program evaluator at Wilmington High School and a teacher and tester at Sylvan Learning Center. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s in educational research, measurement, and evaluation from Boston College. Most recently, Tom has worked as the lead analyst on modeling projects for the University of Saint Thomas, Dean College, Regis College, Illinois Institute of Technology, Mercyhurst College, and Framingham State College.
